Portfolio / Skerries Cornerstone Church - Logo and Identity
Skerries Cornerstone Church (Dublin) needed a fresh identity, which would position them as a new, forward thinking Church. This project involved quite a lot of research. The Skerries Windmill was in some way represented in the identity, because it holds some sentimental value to the Church.
My initial sketches, and early logo versions all had a more obvious representation of the Windmill, but after some further development I took a more abstract, simplistic route. There was one key thing stuck in my mind was that the blades of the Windmill formed a Cross shape.
