Ladyhawke’s Funky Promo Creative
Sometimes I stumble across really nice design in the most unlikely places… perhaps a TV ad, YouTube video, CD Cover or maybe all these places at once? Until recently, if you mentioned the name “Ladyhawke” to me I would have thought you were referring to the Rutger Hauer film from 1985, until I was fortunate enough recently to stumble upon the breakthrough New Zealand Artist Ladyhawke! Her music is funky, and cool, but that’s not what caught my eye – it was the creative behind her branding and promo media.

If you haven’t noticed by now… I like really “loose” art styles, like ink splatters and paint splashes – love all that stuff!
